Lovers of The Undie Chronicles Need This Product!

Those of you who are new to More Cowbell might have missed The Undie Chronicles… You may be unaware that when the Undie-verse speaks we will ALWAYS listen. Also, we like to get our laugh on every Monday.

Last week, I was just minding my own business when one of my Undie Spies found the item below. The minute I saw it, I knew…

I have GOT to get me one of these!!

From UncommonGoods.com ~ More details below…

You know how sometimes the ad copy is better than anything you could write yourself? This is definitely one of those times! It was like the book on Oversized Male Genitalia, or our little Lithuanian knitter on Etsy…I just can’t make that kind of hilarity up.

So back to the doormat that will be gracing my front step during all future parties at Chez Hansen…Here is the link if you’d like to buy your own (and at $24, how can you resist??).

They have this little gem in the Home/Garden Section under Garden doormats. Garden Schmarden, I say. This is a front step doormat all the way, baby!! I mean, would you just get a gander at the opening line of their “Product Story”:

I See London, I See France…

[Bahahahaha…they so had me at France.]

Give your guests a good chuckle (and maybe even make them blush!) before they enter your house with this hilarious doormat that is sure to make them do a double-take. Woven from all-natural coconut fiber, mildew resistant, skid-resistant backing and hand-stenciled with non-toxic, fade-resistant dyes. Made in India. 18 x 29 inches.

All-natural coconut fiber! *swoon*

So what must-have products have you seen out and about on the internet lately? Please do include a link in the comments section. Enquiring minds LOVE to know these things here at More Cowbell!

  1. Hilarious doormat! If I was wearing a skirt, I would probably do a quick mental check about my undies 😀

I think I would have to wear a kilt, just for the experience! 😀 Please note that I DO have some Scot blood, as well as a family tartan, so that wouldn’t be such a stretch.

Will DEF be buying one of these

Having followed the Undie Chronicles, I almost didn’t click into it, after reading the title – not sure I could handle it at 4:30 am. But I made sure to set down my coffee first, and clicked.

    Very cute!

  5. I think these are the same people that make the “Go Away” doormat that my friends have. I may need to find something similar!

And here my front mat only says, “Faith. Family. Friends.” Silly me! I could be making people double-take about their underwear. LOL!

There are some great t-shirts about underwear. I’m partial to this one: http://oldglory.com/lp/Superman-See-Your-Underwear-Soft-T-Shirt/p/049126CTTS?gclid=COXS1MSLq7ICFcdNTAodNV8AoQ.

  8. Thanks for the laugh. I don’t think anyone in my house would find it very funny – but I did. 😛

  9. Actually, I have seen this product before. I wonder about it’s effect on those commando types? Do they smile at the knowledge that the mat is lying? As in not telling the truth lying, not the lying as in lying on the ground, because that’s what it’s doing is lying on the ground but it could also be lying as in not being truthful. Wow, that was weird where my mind just went.

I’ll keep an eye out for fun products for both you and Natalie. I know how you guys can take something and really run with it.

  10. “…when the Undie-verse speaks we will ALWAYS listen”??? When do I get THAT on a tee-shirt? 🙂 Awesome post, as always, Jenny!

Don’t ask me how I found this, but since it made me think of you (LOL!), here ya go: http://www.amazon.com/Accoutrements-12139-Emergency-Underpants-Dispenser/dp/B004M0WOL2/ref=sr_1_cc_3?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1347506093&sr=1-3-catcorr&keywords=underwear+humor

LMAO! That is SO funny! Since it looks like a tissue box, I would LOVE to see somebody hand that box (logo side out) to an individual with a runny nose just to see their reaction when they pull out a pair of tighty-whities.
Then don’t even get me started on the catch-phrase. “Just grab and go!” Can I get that printed on the underwear too?? 😉
