The Cutest Undie Picture EVER…

Elayne Boosler posted this to Facebook and I am madly in love. Just look at that sweet little guy!

The Undie Chronicles

Her caption:

Kangaroo Joey was rescued from a forest fire. He’s learning to hop, hunt, and color co-ordinate his underwear.

Oh my God, the sweetness… I had to share!

As soon as they’re done torturing me so many hours each week in PT, I’ll get back to a more normal schedule here at More Cowbell. But enquiring minds want to know…what’s new with you?

    Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww….

We’re getting used to not having cable TV. I need a better antenna. Still, we’re not watching anywhere near as much, which is a good thing. Nothing earth-shattering, but that’s what’s going on here.

John, I’ve tried to talk my Hubs out of cable scores of times but that’s how he relaxes, so we keep it. He’s never asked me give up my never-ending supply of books, so really I’m probably out of line. 🙂

I’ll bet you’re watching a lot of movies right now!

Actually, we’re watching a lot of TV from the 60’s and 70’s. We get both MeTV and Antenna TV, which makes up for not getting the NBC affiliate or either PBS station. We did see “Slaughter’s Big Rip-Off,” some classic blaxploitation starring Jim Brown from my senior year of high school, though.

  4. Jenny, that is cute beyond words!
As for what’s new, my life is changing more than it has since I had kids, but it’s all good. Our youngest left for college the first of August, which is a little difficult, but a lot wonderful. Our older son is blossoming in college, where he doesn’t feel he has to hide his smarts to have friends.
My victory is getting out of the Slough of Despond, locking my internal critic in the basement freezer, and writing without having to polish every word.

Elizabeth, I’m so proud of you! “..getting out of the Slough of Despond, locking my internal critic in the basement freezer, and writing without having to polish every word.” <– That is a HUGE deal! And here you are with an empty nest syndrome, and you're still pushing through.

      Gooooooooooooooooooooo!!

Look at that sweet face! I never thought I’d see the day when a Kangaroo would be wearing “Tigger the Tiger” training pants. Is it possible that Kangaroos can be potty trained? That’s a riot Jenny. And take care my friend. I hope you’re feeling stronger and able to throw those crutches to the curb! 🙂

Karen, the crutches are to the curb! I’ve not used them in a week now. 🙂 Wooo!!

And yes, apparently baby kangas can wear training pants. It’s an amazing world.

  8. Reminds me of the Winnie Pooh books with Kanga and Little Roo. This gives a whole new meaning to Under Roos. So cute.
