More Cowbell is entering its 3rd year! I can’t even fathom it…I feel like I’ve known y’all forever (in a good way). Well birthdays must be celebrated, even for a toddler blog, so this month should be pretty fun.
First of all, I’m giving away a $20 Amazon card to one subscriber at the end of the month. If you haven’t subscribed, I hope you do by then. Personally, I’m a ‘ho for an Amazon card, if you know what I mean. I love those suckers.
I’ll be announcing my other fun new practice tomorrow but it involves ALL OF YOU, and a really wicked cowbell. Stay tuned…

lol 🙂 Nothing scary about it. I make a huge quantity of brown rice once a week. Now and again, in lieu of oatmeal, I’ll measure out a cup of the cooked rice, measure in 2/3 cup almond milk, a sprinkle of cinnamon, a couple tablespoons of raisins, and 2 teaspoons maple syrup. Microwave it for a couple minutes, and eat up. Super nutritious, comforting, and yummy. 🙂
